hawkbet does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any deposit attempt using a prohibited payment method will be declined and returned to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. hawkbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hawkbet Platform without the prior written consent of hawkbet.
hawkbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. hawkbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hawkbet shall not be liable for:
hawkbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hawkbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The hawkbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hawkbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability , or error-free operation.
hawkbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hawkbet will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is terminated for cause, hawkbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Verified net deposits may be returned at hawkbet's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your hawkbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The hawkbet Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hawkbet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent hawkbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
